A Bond Loan is an interest free loan for people who cannot afford to pay a full rental bond to move into private rental accommodation.

Information for lessors/agents or service providers/managers
A Bond Loan is an interest-free loan provided to eligible applicants to help them access the private rental market. A Bond Loan does not include the initial two weeks rent in advance and only relates to the money forwarded to the External link Residential Tenancies Authority.

Rental Purchase Plan
Information available to existing Rental Purchase Plan borrowers.

Rental Grants
A Rental Grant is a once-only grant of two weeks rent to help meet some of the costs associated with moving into private rental accommodation. The grant does not have to be repaid, and it helps people experiencing a housing crisis.
