You can also access information by:
- reviewing requested information released to applicants under the Right to Information Act 2009 in the department's
disclosure log - contacting us for further information and to provide your feedback
- making a formal
Right to Information or Information Privacy application online, or - submitting an
Information Privacy personal information amendment application (91Kb).
