Nation Building - Economic Stimulus Plan Stage 2 for not-for-profit organisations
Capital Grants update August 2009
On 30 June 2009, projects for Nation Building Social Housing Initiative stage two were forwarded to the Australian Government for consideration. Projects to be considered were selected from over 2,100 submissions offering over 30,000 dwellings from private developers, builders and not-for-profit organisations.
The Australian Government will advise the Queensland Government of approvals progressively with the final date of notification to be 31 August 2009. Organisations which submitted projects assessed as unsuitable will receive feedback in August.
