Geraldine O'Grady, General Manager Organisation Services and Strategy, coordinates the support services that enable the department to maximise its performance.
Organisation Services and Strategy is responsible for a range of support services that maximise the department's performance and service delivery.
Organisation Services and Strategy provides this support through the following units:
- Human Resource Management;
- Information and Facilities Management;
- Internal Audit and Risk Management;
- Legal and Contractual;
- Marketing and Communication;
- Organisational Performance and Strategy; and
- Appeals and Review Unit.
